Burleigh Road
This project involved the transformation of the former Co-op Dairy Bottling Plant, a site rich with history. We took inspiration from the original building's distinctive architecture, echoing its A-line gables and circular windows in the new design. It’s something we value deeply, preserving a sense of place by carrying elements of the old into the new.

The development comprised nine townhouses: a mix of four-bedroom and three-bedroom terraced houses, alongside four one-bedroom apartments. The houses were designed around an open-plan concept, with the kitchen positioned centrally and framed by a bespoke bookcase. This clever layout offered a balance of openness and separation, allowing light and connection to flow throughout the living spaces. Bi-fold doors at the rear extended the interior seamlessly into the garden, creating bright, airy homes ideal for modern family living.

The apartments were crafted to feel like a characterful conversion, with exposed oak trusses in the first-floor units and generous, open-plan layouts. A large shared garden added a rare and valuable outdoor element, making these apartments particularly appealing to first-time buyers looking for something truly special.
