This project came with its own unique challenges, not least the onset of the pandemic just as we neared completion. Thanks to a dedicated team, we navigated the restrictions of lockdown and delivered the development on schedule. All three homes were successfully sold to wonderful families, marking a rewarding end to a complex yet fulfilling build.
Bluewood
This semi-detached house was created from the original house, preserving its character while bringing it up to modern living standards.
Many of the original features, such as the beautiful oak staircase, have been carefully retained, maintaining the charm and history of the house.

Effectively a new build, this home incorporated only a small section of the original house into a newly designed wing.
