One of our greatest passions is restoring listed buildings to their former glory and Deer Leap Barn is a perfect example of this. Originally constructed in the 17th century as part of the historic Ashridge Estate, this remarkable barn is being transformed into a state of the art five bedroom home that blends timeless character with modern innovation.

The renovation will include insulation to the highest standards, underfloor heating powered by an air source heat pump, and thoughtful design touches that breathe new life into the space.

Large full-height windows to the rear of the building will flood the open-plan living area with natural light, that includes a kitchen, dining space, and a relaxed seating area.
